All about the $PLUTUS IDO
Hermes Defi will make an IDO (Initial Discord Offering) to benefit investors that actively participate in community building and believe in our vision. To participate in the IDO, you must secure a spot on a whitelist with only 37 places available. This presale is centered around building our Discord community, available at https://discord.gg/hermesdefi.
One of the major benefits of participating in the IDO is an entry price 30% lower than the price at which the liquidity will be deposited.
These 37 places will be distributed through 4 events.
The 4 available events are as follows.
- 15 places for the first 15 who boost the Hermes Defi server on Discord. (As of writing, 14/15 spots have been filled)
- 12 places for the first 12 who add 3 friends to our server (verify included). If any bots are used, the offender will be automatically removed from the whitelist process. See below for information on how to create your own unique invite link. (3/12 spots filled)
- 4 places for the 4 best memes / graphics about Hermes Defi, the community will vote on their favorites. This contest will be run through Twitter, but please share your entries in our #memes channel as well! To enter, tweet with your meme and include @hermesdefi and #PlutusMeme. Each individual can submit up to three memes. The 4 winners will be decided by popular vote! Submissions close (0/4 filled)
- 6 remaining places for investors who actively participate in our community. Examples of participation include: participation in Discord conversations, sharing Hermes Defi on social media, connecting with our partners, answering questions, etc. (0/6 filled)
Total Funds raised
A total of 217,500 (7.25% of total PLUTUS) pPLUTUS presale tokens will be allocated to this IDO. Each will be priced at $0.116 per token, a 30% discount to the initial launch price. The maximum funds raised from this sale would be equivalent to $25,230 USD.
Pre-sale payment information
As with previous presales, a custom smart contract will be utilized to purchase pPLUTUS at a determined ratio with Harmony’s chain token, ONE. Shortly before the launch of the IDO, the dollar value of ONE will be pegged to ensure fairness.
Individual IDO cap
As an anti-whale measure, the maximum pPLUTUS purchased per wallet is capped at 17,241, which equates to $2,000 USD. Please contact Austin or Valleyrider on Discord to verify you are ready for the IDO.
Allocation of IDO funds
The distribution of IDO funds will be allocated as follows:
- 50% to initial liquidity (PLUTUS/DAI)
- 25% to the development team
- 17% to the Hermes treasury
- 8% to waiting room farming benefits
IDO investor benefits
Participation in the IDO offers a number of benefits.
- A 30% price discount compared to the launch price.
- Ability to earn pPLUTUS staking rewards during the waiting room period. ($1,000+ total)
- Permanent ‘Hermes Holder’ role within our Discord channel.
- Increased farming rewards due to the ‘mirrored emissions’ strategy that rewards early farmers.
Steps to participate in the presale.
- Ensure you meet the requirements for the IDO and confirm with a Discord Admin (Austin or Valleyrider).
- At block 20833224 (est. ~10PM UTC December 22nd) when the IDO opens, purchase pPLUTUS using 1DAI on the Harmony blockchain. Details on how to bridge to Harmony from BSC or ETH can be found here. Make sure the token transferred has adequate liquidity.
- Stake your pPLUTUS in the waiting room, earning farming rewards (ONE and 1USDC).
- After waiting room rewards have ended, withdraw any staked pPLUTUS and hold in your wallet.
- When the pPLUTUS to PLUTUS swap opens, redeem your pPLUTUS (1:1) for PLUTUS.
- Stake your PLUTUS directly in our pools or as part of a LP in our farms.
- Profit!
PLUTUS Launch Point
To provide initial liquidity for PLUTUS, up to 165,000 tokens and 50% of the IDO funds (maximum of $12,500) will be added at a launch price of $0.1515 /PLUTUS.
Implied Market Cap of Total Supply
Given the pre-sale launch price of PLTS of $0.116 and total token supply of 3,000,000, PLTS has an Implied Market Cap of $350,000 at total supply. This does not include any change in price due to demand or supply.
